优质护理干预对胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复及睡眠质量的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨优质护理干预对胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复及睡眠质量的影响。方法 选择2015年1月至2016年10月在我院进行手术治疗的70例胃癌患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（35例）与对照组（35例）。对照组行常规护理，观察组采 用优质护理干预，比较两组临床效果。结果 与对照组比较，观察组术后胃肠功能恢复时间、饮食恢复及住院时间均更短（P<0.05）；护理后两组睡眠质量评分均显著降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 胃癌手术后采用优质护理干预利于患者胃肠功能的恢复，提高患者睡眠质量，值得临床广泛应用。

Effect of high-quality nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and sleep quality in gastric cancer patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of high -quality nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and sleep quality in gastric cancer patients. Methods Seventy cases of gastric cancer patients treated with surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into observation group (n=35) and control group (n=35) by random number table. The control group took routine nursing, and the observation group took high-quality nursing intervention. The clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results After surgery, compared with the control group, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, diet recovery time and hospital stays of the observation group were significantly shorter (P <0.05); after nursing, the sleep quality scores of the two groups significantly decreased, and that of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion For patients with gastric cancer, postoperative high -quality nursing can facilitate to the recovery of gastrointestinal function and increase patients`` sleep quality, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
