腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术的围术期护理干预方法

摘要：

目的 探讨围术期护理干预对腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术患者的影响，为促进子宫肌瘤切除术疾病恢复提供参考依据。 方法 将我院收治的106例腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各53例，研究组患者给予围术期护理干预，对照组患者给予常规护理模式。观察两组患者的护理效果和满意度。结果 研究组患者手术时间、下床时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者的护理总满意度为98.11%，明显高于对照组的77.36%，差 异显著（P<0.05）。结论 对于腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术患者实施围术期护理干预可获得较好的护理效果，可在临床范 围内推广使用。

Perioperative nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids resection

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients underwent laparoscopic uterine fibroids resection, and to provide a reference for improving the recovery of the disease in patients. Methods A total of 106 cases of patients underwent laparoscopic uterine fibroids resections in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 53 cases in each group. Patients in the research group were given perioperative nursing intervention, while patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The nursing effects and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were observed. Results The operation time, out of bed time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospitalization time in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate of the research group was 98.11%, which was higher than 77.36% of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The perioperative nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids resections can obtain good nursing effect, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
