舒适护理对老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后疼痛的影响

摘要：

目的 分析舒适护理对老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后疼痛的影响。方法 选择我院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的120例老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者为对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例，对照组患者术后采用骨科常规护理措施，观察组患者则给予舒适护理干预，比较两组患者术后24、48 h 疼痛评分情况，疼痛消失时间、住院时间以及两组护理满意度评分。结果 观察组患者术后24、48 h 疼痛评分均较对照组低（P<0.05）；观察组疼痛消失时间、住院时间均较对照组短，差异显著（P<0.05）；观察组满意度评分为（18.59±1.04）分，对照组满意度评分为（14.16±2.53）分，两组满意度评分比较，差异具有统 计学意义（t=11.560，P=0.000）。结论 舒适护理能够减少老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后的疼痛度，缩短了疼痛消失时间，有助于加速术后恢复，减少患者住院时间，提高了患者满意度。

Effect of comfortable nursing on postoperative pain in patients with senile lumbar vertebral compression fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing on postoperative pain of patients with senile lumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods From January 2015 and December 2015, 120 cases of patients with senile lumbar vertebral compression fractures in our hospital were selected as the objects, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received postoperative routine nursing, patients in the observation group were given comfortable nursing intervention, the postoperative pain scores of 24, 48 h, pain disappear time, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative pain score of 24, 48 h of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the pain disappear time, hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05); the satisfaction score of the observation group was (18.59±1.04), that of the control group was (14.16±2.53), the difference had statistical significance between the two groups (t=11.560, P=11.560). Conclusion Comfortable nursing can reduce the postoperative pain degree of elderly patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures, shorten the pain disappeared time and help to accelerate the postoperative recovery, reduce the in-hospital time, improve the nursing satisfaction.
