外科护理干预对术后患者疼痛的影响

摘要：

目的 研究外科护理干预对术后患者疼痛的临床效果。方法 选取我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的外科手术患者 172例，采用随机分配原则将172例患者分为研究组和对照组，每组各86 例。对照组采取常规护理措施，研究组采取外科综 合护理措施，比较两组患者的疼痛治疗总有效率、总满意度及VAS疼痛评分。结果 研究组术后镇痛效果明显优于对照组，术 后24、72 h，Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级疼痛状况均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者治疗总有效率为97.67%，对照组患者治疗总有效率为82.56%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组总满意度为97.68%，显著高于对照组的 80.23%（P<0.05）。结论 临床上对外科手术患者实施综合护理措施，能显著降低患者术后疼痛，提高患者治疗总有效率和总满意度，值得在临床上推广使用。

Clinical effect of surgical nursing intervention on patients with postoperative pain

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of surgical nursing intervention on patients with postoperative pain. Methods A total of 172 surgical patients were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 and divided into study group and control group by statistical random assignment. The control group was given general care and the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The total satisfaction rate, the total effective rate of pain relief and the VAS score were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group the postoperative analgesic effect was significantly better than that of the control group and the level of grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly better than those of the control group at 24 and 72 h postoperatively (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group (97.67%) was higher than the control group (82.56%), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The overall satisfaction of the study group was 97.68%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.23%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of surgical
nursing intervention on patients with postoperative pain can significantly reduce the patients`` postoperative pain, increase the total rate of treatment and satisfaction, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
