三维适形放射治疗结肠癌的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨三维适形放射治疗（3DCRT）结肠癌的临床效果。方法 选取2010年2月至2012年12月于我院接受治疗且接受随访的结肠癌患者136例为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各68例。观察组实施3DCRT 辅助治疗；对照组实施 常规放射。比较两组患者的临床局部控制率、白细胞减少率、并发症发生率、全身反应率及生存率。结果 患者均完成4 年随访，观察组患者1、2、3、4 年局部控制率均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者白细胞减少率和全身反应发生率均明显低 于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者在1、2、3、4 年时的生存率均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 3DCRT治疗结肠癌可有效提高结肠癌的局部控制率及生存率，临床应用价值高。

Clinical effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of colon cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods A total of 136 cases of colon cancer patients who treated in our hospital and accepted follow-up from February 2010 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 3DCRT adjuvant therapy, and the control group was given conventional radiotherapy. The local control rates, leukopenia rates, complication rates, onstitutional reaction rates and survival rates were compared between the two groups. Results All the patients followed up for 4 years, the local control rates at 1, 2, 3 and 4 years of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The leukopenia rate and constitutional reaction rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The survival rate at 1, 2, 3 and 4 years of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion 3DCRT in the treatment of colon cancer can significantly improve the local control rate and survival rate, which has high clinical value.
