血府逐瘀口服液辅助全视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨血府逐瘀口服液辅助全视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年3月1日 至2016年6月1日我院收治的82例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组41例（65只眼）给予全视 网膜激光光凝治疗，观察组41例（76只眼）在进行全视网膜激光光凝治疗后给予血府逐瘀口服液。比较两组治疗后视网膜水肿、渗出、出血吸收和黄斑水肿吸收情况及视力变化。结果 观察组患者眼底视网膜病变治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05），视力提高率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 血府逐瘀口服液辅助全视网膜激光光凝治疗后，糖尿病性视网膜病变 患者的视力明显提高，视网膜的血液循环得到有效改善。

Curative effect observation of Xuefu 在huyu oral liquid as the adjunctive treatment for panrentinal photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid as the adjunctive treatment for panrentinal photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy. Methods Eighty-two cases of patients (141 eyes) admitted in our hospital from March 1, 2013 to June 1, 2016 who suffered diabetic retinopathy were divided into control group (41 patients) and observation group (41 patients) according to different treatment methods. The patients (76 eyes) in the control group only received panrentinal photocoagulation, while the patients (65 eyes) in the observation group received panrentinal photocoagulation and Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid. The changes of retinal edema, exudation, bleeding absorption, macular edema absorption and visual acuity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of panrentinal photocoagulation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement rate of visual acuity in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups showed statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical
effect of Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid as adjunctive treatment for panrentinal photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy is significant, it can improve patients`` visual acuity and retinal blood circulation.
