糖尿病患者的血脂检验临床价值分析

摘要：
目的 研究分析血脂检验应用于糖尿病患者的临床价值。方法 选取我院收治的66 例糖尿病患者（观察组）和体检科的 66例健康人员（对照组），对所有研究对象实施血脂检验，对比分析两组的检验结果。结果 观察组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C 水平高于对照组，HDL-C 水平低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的APoB 水平高于对照组，APoA1 水平低 于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对糖尿病患者实施血脂检验能及时掌握和了解病情，为患者的病情控制提 供了准确依据。

Clinical value analysis of blood lipid test in patients with diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical value of blood lipid test in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty-six cases of patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital (observation group) and 66 cases of health personnel in physical examination department (control group) were selected as the study objects. The blood lipid test was performed on all of the subjects, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of HDL -C was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of APoB in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of APoA1 was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of blood lipid testing in patients with diabetes mellitus can help to understand the disease in time, and provide accurate basis for the disease control of patients.
