持续性与间断性蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果对比

摘要:
目的 探究持续性与间断性蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法 选择2014年8月至2016年8月我院收治的96例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。观察组给予间断性蓝光照射治疗,对照组给予持续性蓝光照射治疗。对 比两组疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.8%,对照组治疗总有效率为91.7%,两组治疗总有效率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组间接胆红素、总胆红素、总胆汁酸水平均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组不良反应 总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用持续性与间断性蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸均能够达到良好的疗效,但经间断 性蓝光照射治疗可有效避免不良反应的发生,值得临床推广采用。

Comparison of clinical effects of continuous and intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of continuous and intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods A total of 96 cases of neonatal jaundice treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The observation group was given intermittent blue light irradiation treatment, the control group was given continuous blue light irradiation treatment. The efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 91.7%, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of indirect bilirubin, total bilirubin and total bile acid of the two groups significantly reduced (P<0.05); the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous and intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can both achieve good curative effect, but the intermittent blue light irradiation treatment can effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical use.
