利巴韦林联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨利巴韦林联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院诊治的150 例小儿病 毒性肠炎病例资料，根据治疗方法为观察组与对照组，各75 例。对照组口服利巴韦林胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予热毒宁注射液辅助治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率和炎症因子水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率明显高 于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗期间的各不良反应发生率与对照组比较，均无明显差异（P>0.05）；治疗后两组的血清IL-6 和 IL-8 水平均明显低于治疗前，且观察组的血清IL-6 和IL-8 水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 利巴韦林联合热毒宁注射 液治疗小儿病毒性肠炎具有很好的效果，安全性高，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of ribavirin combined with reduning injection in the treatment of infantile virus enteritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ribavirin combined with reduning injection in the treatment of infantile virus enteritis. Methods A total of 150 cases of children with virus enteritis admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to therapy methods, with 75 cases in each group and their clinical data were restrospectively analyzed. Patients in the control group were given oral ribavirin, and patients in the observation group were given oral ribavirin combined with reduning injection. The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels of the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment, and the serum IL -6 and IL -8 levels in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ribavirin combined with reduning injection in the treatment of infantile viral enteritis has good therapeutic efficacy and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
