小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果。方法 选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的92例硬核白内障患者为研究对象，分为研究组与对照组，各46 例。对照组给予常规手术治疗，研究组采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术。比较两组患者的裸眼视力、角膜散光度及并发症发生情况。结果 两组患者治疗后的裸眼视力比较，差异 无统计学意义（P>0.05）。与对照组比较，研究组患者治疗后角膜散光度明显较低，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患 者的并发症总发生率为4.35%，明显低于对照组的21.74%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用小切口非超声乳化白 内障手术治疗硬核白内障临床效果显著，值得临床推广运用。

Clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract. Methods A total of 92 patients with hard nucleus cataract admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and divided into study group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine surgery, and the study group was treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery. The naked eye sight, corneal luminosity and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in naked eye sight between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the corneal luminosity of the study group were lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications of the study group was 4.35%, which was lower than 21.74% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nuclear cataract is remarkable, which is worthy of popularization in clinical work.
