不同超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光模式联合治疗面颈部增生性瘢痕的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨不同超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光模式联合治疗面颈部增生性瘢痕的临床效果。方法 将2016年1月至2017年 2月我院收治的88例面颈部增生性瘢痕患者随机分为对照组和研究组，各44例。两组患者均接受超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光、曲安奈德联合治疗，其中对照组给予单一模式超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光，研究组提供不同模式超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激 光，比较两组治疗效果、疼痛和不良反应发生情况。结果 经相应方案治疗后两组VAS、VSS 评分均较治疗前显著降低（P<0.05），且研究组各量表评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组和对照组患者经不同方案治疗过程中不良反应总发生率分别为11.36%、 6.82%，组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 对于面颈部增生性瘢痕患者，在曲安奈德治疗基础上联合应用不同模式超脉 冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗，可获得理想的治疗效果。

Clinical effect of different ultra pulse pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser mode combined therapy on facial and cervical hypertrophic scar

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different ultra pulse pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser mode combined therapy on facial and cervical hypertrophic scar. Methods From January 2016 to February 2017, 88 patients with facial and cervical hypertrophic scar were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 44 cases in each group. Both groups received ultra pulse pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser and triamcinolone acetonide combined therapy. The control group was given a single mode of ultra pulse pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser, while the study group received different modes of ultra pulse pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser combined therapy, then the treatment effects, the pain degree and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After corresponding treatment, the VAS and VSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those of the study group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 11.36% and it was 6.82% in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion For patients with facial and cervical hypertrophic scar, triamcinolone acetonide combined with different modes of ultra-pulse carbon dioxide dot matrix laser treatment can get desirable therapeutic effect.
