鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 探究鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的效果。方法 选择2014年1月至2017年1月在我院接受治疗的 79例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组（40例）和对照组（39例）。观察组患者采用鼻 内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗，对照组患者采用传统手术方法治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的治 疗总有效率明显高于对照组，而并发症总发生率明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者予以鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗能够有效提升患者的治疗有效率，降低并发症发生率，安全有效，值得在临床当中推广运用。

Analysis of the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods A total of 79 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (39 cases). Patients in the observation group were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery, patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgery. The therapeutic effects and incidence rate of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence rate of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery in treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can effectively improve the efficiency, reduce the incidence of complications, which is safe and effective, and worthy of promotion in clinic.
