鼻内窥镜术治疗难治性鼻出血疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨鼻内窥镜术治疗难治性鼻出血的临床价值。方法 选取我院2014 年11 月至2016 年10 月收治的难治性鼻出 血患者108 例为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组54 例。对照组使用无菌凡士林纱条鼻腔填塞止血，观察组使用鼻 内窥镜术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗前 两组VAS 评分无显著差异（P>0.05），治疗6 个月后观察组VAS 评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组失血性贫血、头面部 疼痛发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者的鼻窦炎发生率差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 鼻内窥镜术治疗难 治性鼻出血的临床效果显著，患者疼痛程度低，安全性高。

Effect analysis of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of intractable epistaxis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical value of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of intractable epistaxis. Methods One hundred and eight cases of patients with intractable epistaxis admitted in our hospital from November 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aseptic Vaseline gauze packing, while the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery. The therapeutic effects, pain degree and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the score of VAS between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and at 6 months after treatment, the score of VAS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the
incidence rate of hemorrhagic anemia and head and facial pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of sinusitis between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery for treatment of intractable epistaxis is significant, the degree of pain is low and the safety is high.
