微创拔牙术和传统拔牙术在上颌磨牙拔除中的研究对比

摘要：

目的 探讨微创拔牙术和传统拔牙术在上颌磨牙拔除中的效果。方法 将本院2013 年1 月至2015 年12 月收治的174例行 上颌磨牙拔除的患者随机均分为对照组和观察组，各87 例。对照组实施传统拔牙术，观察组实施微创拔牙术，比较两组患者畏 惧程度、牙槽完整度和术后不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的畏惧程度和牙槽窝完整程度明显优于对照组（P<0.05），且观 察组患者疼痛、张口困难和牙龈肿胀等术后不良反应明显少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 相比于传统拔牙术，采用微创拔牙技术实 施上颌磨牙拔除的手术效果明显更佳，术中对牙槽窝损伤少，术后不良反应低，可以减少患者对手术的不良心理反应，安全有效。

Comparison of study effect between minimally invasive extraction and traditional extraction in the removal

of maxillary molars

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effects of minimally invasive extraction and traditional extraction in maxillary molar removal. Methods A total of 174 patients undergoing maxillary molars removal treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 87 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional tooth extraction, the observation group was treated with minimally invasive extraction. The fear extent, integrity degree of alveolar socket and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The fear extent and the integrity degree of alveolar socket in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the pain, mouth opening difficulty and gingival swelling of the patients in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional extraction, minimally invasive tooth extraction in maxillary molar removal is more effective, it has fewer injuries to the alveolar socket during operation and less postoperative adverse reactions, and could reduce the patient``s adverse psychological reaction to the operation, the treatment is safe and effective.
