CT 和MRI 对早期腔隙性脑梗死的诊断价值对比

摘要:

目的 探讨并对比CT和MRI对早期腔隙性脑梗死的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析我院2016年2月至2016年12月收治的46例早期腔隙性脑梗死患者的临床资料,所有患者接受CT和MRI 检查。比较两种检查方法对早期腔隙性脑梗死的检 出阳性率;记录两种检查方法发现病灶的数目、大小、部位;比较两种检查方法的小病灶检出率。结果 46例早期腔隙性脑梗 死患者经MRI检查的阳性率为97.83%(45/46),高于CT检查的80.43%(37/46)(P<0.05);MRI 检查病灶数309 个,大小 为1.5~14.0 mm,CT检查病灶数138个,大小为4.0~16.0 mm;MRI检查的小病灶检出率为34.95%,高于CT检查的4.35% (P<0.05)。结论 MRI 诊断早期腔隙性脑梗死准确性高于CT,能够检出更多病灶并清晰显示小病灶,具有较高的临床应用价值。

    Comparison the diagnostic value of CT and MRI on early lacunar cerebral infarction

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore and compare the diagnostic value of CT and MRI on early lacunar cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 46 cases of patients with early lacunar cerebral infarction in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were examined by CT and MRI, the positive detection rate of early lacunar infarction was compared between the two methods; the number, size and location of the lesions were recorded of the two methods; the detection rate of small lesions was compared between the two methods. Results The positive detection rate examined by MRI in 46 patients with early lacunar infarction was 97.83% (45/46), which was higher than 80.43% (37/46) of CT (P<0.05). The number of lesions examined by MRI was 309, and the size was 1.5~14.0 mm; the number of lesions examined of CT was 138, and the size was 4.0~16.0 mm. The detection rate of small lesions by MRI was 34.95%, which was higher than 4.35% by CT (P<0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of early lacunar cerebral infarction is higher than that of CT, it can check out more lesions and clearly show the small lesions, which has high clinical value.
