美托洛尔联合苓桂术甘汤治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨美托洛尔联合苓桂术甘汤治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效。方法 将我院2015年5月至2016年8月收治的冠心病心律失常患者86 例随机分为治疗组与对照组，各43例。对照组采取美托洛尔治疗，治疗组在此基础上实施苓桂术甘汤治 疗，比较两组的临床疗效及24 h 心律失常发生次数。结果 治疗后，治疗组临床总有效率（93.02%）显著高于对照组（74.42%）（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组24 h 心律失常症状发作次数明显减少（P<0.05），治疗组24 h 房性早搏、内室性早搏、房室 交界性早搏等发生次数均少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对冠心病心律失常患者临床应用美托洛尔配合苓桂术甘汤治疗，临床 疗效显著，是一种较为可行的临床治疗方案。

Curative effect of metoprolol combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction in treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the curative effect of metoprolol combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction in treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia. Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia treated in our hospital from May 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given metoprolol, and the treatment group was given Linggui Zhugan decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects and occurrence times of arrhythmia within 24 hours were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.02%, which was significantly higher than 74.42% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the occurrence times of arrhythmia significantly decreased significantly in the two groups (P<0.05); the occurrence times of atrial premature contractions, intraventricular premature beats and atrioventricular border premature beats within 24 hours in the treatment group were significantly fewer than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction has obvious effect in treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia, which is a feasible clinical treatment method.
