中医治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨采用中医疗法治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的效果。方法 将我院2013年6月至2016年10月收治的134例轻度和中度高血压患者随机分为对照组与研究组，各67例。对照组患者采用西医治疗方案，研究组患者采用中医治疗方案。比 较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前、后的血压情况。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.03%，明显高于对照组76.12%（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组患者舒张压和收缩压比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的舒张压和收缩压均明显降低，且研究组低 于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 利用中医方式治疗轻、中度原发性高血压能够有效提升临床治疗效果，同时更好地控制患者血压。

Clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of mild and moderate essential hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of mild and moderate essential hypertension. Methods From June 2013 to October 2016, 134 cases of patients with mild and moderate hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 67 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, and the patients in the study group were treated with Chinese medicine. The treatment effects and blood pressure before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 94.03%, which was significantly higher than 76.12% in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05). After treatment, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the two groups decreased, and those of the study group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Chinese medicine treatment of mild and moderate essential hypertension can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, and better control the blood pressure of patients.
