针刺联合DMS 治疗脑卒中后上肢肌张力增高的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 观察针刺结合深部肌肉刺激（DMS）治疗脑卒中后上肢肌张力增高的临床疗效。方法 将我院收治的30例脑卒中上肢肌张力增高患者随机分为对照组和试验组，每组15例。对照组患者给予针刺治疗，在上肢肌张力增高即刻缓解的基础 上进行康复训练，试验组给予针刺治疗，在上肢肌张力增高即刻缓解的基础上进行康复训练并于其后给予DMS治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗前、治疗1个月后的上肢运动功能及治疗效果。结果 两组患者的治疗总有效率均为100.00%，但试验组患者的显效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的上肢运动功能评分均升高，对照组上升了（35.00±5.26）分，试验组 上升了（44.47±3.25）分，试验组的上升幅度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 针刺结合DMS 治疗及常规康复训练，可以有效提高脑卒中后上肢屈肌张力增高患者的康复训练效果。

Curative effect analysis of acupuncture combined with deep muscle stimulator on increased muscle tone

of upper limb after stroke

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with deep muscle stimulator (DMS) on increased muscle tone of upper limb after stroke. Methods Thirty patients with increased muscle tone of upper limb after stroke were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 15 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given acupuncture treatment, and rehabilitation training was carried out on the basis of the immediate remission of upper limb muscle tension; patients in the experimental group were given DMS after acupuncture treatment, rehabilitation training and immediate remission of upper limb muscle tension. The upper limb motor function before treatment and 1 month after treatment, treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 100.00%, but the marked effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the upper limb motor function scores in the two groups increased, the control group increased by (35.00±5.26) and the experimental group increased by (44.47±3.25), and the rising range of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with DMS and rehabilitation training can effectively improved the
rehabilitation training effect in patients with increased muscle tone of upper limb after stroke.
