温肺祛瘀化痰汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨温肺祛瘀化痰汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性发作期的临床效果，为临床应用提供参考依据。方法 选取 我院2014 年1 月至2016 年12 月收治COPD 急性发作患者132 例，随机分为研究组和对照组，各66 例。对照组患者给予西 医对症支持治疗，研究组在此基础上加用温肺祛瘀化痰汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效；治疗前、后的中医证候积分 及肺功能情况。结果 研究组临床总有效率为95.45%，显著优于对照组的77.27%，差异显著（P<0.01）。治疗前，两组患者的中 医证候积分比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的中医证候积分均降低，且研究组低于对照组（P<0.01）。治疗前，两组患者的肺功能指标水平比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的FEV1、FVC 水平均升高，且研究组高于对照组 （P<0.01）。结论 温肺祛瘀化痰汤应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期临床治疗中，可显著改善治疗效果，改善肺功能，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of Wenfei Quyu Huatan decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute episode period

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of Wenfei Quyu Huatan decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in the acute episode period and provide the reference for clinical application. Methods A total of 132 patients with acute episode COPD in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 66 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine symptomatic treatment, the study group accepted Wenfei Quyu Huatan decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the TCM syndrome scores and pulmonary function before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.45%, which was significantly better than 77.27% of the control group (P<0.01). Before treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of patients in the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05); after treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased, and that of the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.01). Before treatment, the scores of lung function index in the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05); after treatment, the scores of FEV1, FVC in the two groups improved, and those of the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Wenfei Quyu Huatan decoction in the treatment of COPD in the acute episode period can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, reduce symptoms and improve lung function, which is worthy of clinical application.
