探讨心理干预对急诊手术患儿情绪的影响

摘要:

目的 探讨心理干预对急诊手术患儿情绪的影响。方法 选取2015 年3 月至2016 年4 月于我院接受治疗的130 例急诊 手术患儿,将其按照护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组65 例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组术前给予系统心理干预, 比较两组患儿护理后的心理状态及配合程度。结果 观察组患儿轻度焦虑率明显高于对照组,中、重度焦虑率明显低于对照 组(P<0.05),且观察组患儿0、1分配合率高于对照组,2、3分配合率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对急诊手术患儿进行心理干 预能有效改善患儿紧张、焦虑的情绪,提高配合度,进而有利于促进其术后恢复,具有较高应用价值。

    Effect of psychological intervention on the emotion of children undergoing emergency operation

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the emotion of children undergoing emergency operation. Methods A total of 130 cases of emergency operation children were selected from March 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital, and were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given psychological intervention before operation, and the psychological state and cooperation degree of the two groups were compared. Results The mild anxiety rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the moderate, severe anxiety rates in the observation were lower than those of the ontrol group (P<0.05); and the cooperation degree of 0, 1 in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the covperation degree of the 2, 3 in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention for children with emergency operation can effectively improve the tension and anxiety of children, improve the degree of cooperation, and then help to promote the postoperative recovery, and it has higher application value.
