聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油在胶囊内镜检查中的应用及护理

摘要：

目的 观察聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油在胶囊内镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法 随机选取在我科进行胶囊内镜检查的患者180例，分为观察组和对照组，各90例。对照组患者在进行肠道清洁时使用聚乙二醇电解质散，观察组在 对照组基础上给予二甲硅油，比较两组患者肠道清洁效果。结果 所有患者均顺利完成检查，观察组患者肠道清洁有效率为95.56%，与对照组的93.33%比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组患者的肠道泡沫清除有效率是93.33%，明显高于对照 组的76.67%（P<0.05）。观察组患者的有效耐受度为92.22%，明显高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）。结论 进行胶囊内镜检查肠道准备时，采用聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油能够有效祛除肠道气泡，提高镜片质量，具有一定的临床价值。

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the application effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with dimeticone in bowel preparation of capsule endoscopy examination. Methods A total of 180 patients with capsule endoscopic examination in our department were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 90 patients in each group. The control group used polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in intestinal cleaning, on this basis, the observation group was given dimeticone. The intestinal cleaning effects were compared in the two groups. Results All patients were successfully completed the examination, the effective rate of intestinal cleaning was 95.56% in the observation group and 93.33% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The effective rate of intestinal foam clearance in the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 76.67% of the control group (P<0.05). The effective tolerance rate of the observation group was 92.22%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with dimeticone has good intestinal foam clearance on bowel preparation of capsule endoscopy, which improve the lens quality and has high clinical value.
