连续护理模式应用于缺血性卒中患者的临床效果

摘要：

目的 研究对缺血性卒中患者采用连续性护理模式的应用效果。方法 选取2016 年1 月至2016 年9 月我院收治的92 例缺血性卒中患者为研究对象，分为对照组与观察组，各46 例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予连续性护理。比 较两组患者生活质量及日常活动能力。结果 干预后，两组患者的生活质量评分均明显高于干预前，且观察组均明显高于 对照组（P<0.05）；干预后，两组患者的Barthel 指数均明显高于干预前，且观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 为缺血性脑 卒中患者提供连续性护理模式，可有效提高患者生活质量及日常活动能力，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of continuous nursing model in patients with ischemic stroke

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of continuous nursing model in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Ninety-two chemic stroke patients admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2016 were selected as the study objects, all the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group accepted continuous nursing model. The quality of life and daily activity ability were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the Barthel indexes in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing model in
patients with ischemic stroke can significantly improve the patients`` quality of life and daily activity ability, which can be widely applied and promoted in clinic.
