全程优质护理干预在无痛胃镜诊疗术中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨全程优质护理干预在无痛胃镜诊疗术中的效果。方法 将120 例行无痛胃镜检查的患者随机分为A 组（n= 60）、B 组（n=60）。A 组给予普通护理；B 组实施全程优质护理干预。观察并记录两组患者在检查过程中出现恶心、低血压、呃 逆、误吸等不良反应次数，心率、血氧饱和度的变化及患者的护理满意度。结果 护理后，B 组患者的不良反应总发生率、护理 满意度、心率、收缩压、血氧饱和度水平均显著优于A 组（P<0.05）；两组患者舒张压水平无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 导致无痛 胃镜诊疗不良反应因素很多，在护理过程中应充分重视相关因素的控制，全程优质护理干预在无痛胃镜诊疗术中能消除患 者紧张、恐惧心理，减少不良反应的发生率，缩短诊疗时间，有效减轻患者的躯体反应，具有重要临床价值。

Application of whole course high quality nursing intervention in painless gastroscopy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of whole course high qua lity nursing intervention in painless gastroscopy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients underwent painless gastroscopy were randomly divided into A group (n=60) and B group (n=60). The A group was treated with general nursing; the B group was treated with whole course high quality nursing intervention. The incidence of adverse reactions including nausea, hypotension, hiccup and aspiration in the inspection process, the changes of heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed and recorded. Results After nursing, the total incidence of adverse reactions, nursing satisfaction, the heart rate, systolic pressure and blood oxygen saturation level in the group B were significant better than those in the group A (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the diastolic pressure level between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion Many factors can cause adverse reactions in painless gastroscopy, full attention should be payed to the relevant factors in the nursing process. The whole high quality nursing intervention can eliminate psychological tension and fear of the patient in painless gastroscopy operation, reduce adverse reactions, shorten treatment time, reduce the patient``s body reaction, which has important clinical value.
