健康教育护理干预在胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔手术中的效果

摘要:

目的 探究健康教育护理干预应用于胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔手术中的临床效果。方法 选取2015年1月至2016年11月行手术治疗的胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者74例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组行常规围术期护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加围术期专项健康教育干预,比较两组患者治疗效果和术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察 组治疗总有效率为97.30%,明显高于对照组的83.78%(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率为5.40%(2/37),显著低于对照 组的24.34%(9/37)(P<0.05)。结论 胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔手术围术期采用个性化、针对性的健康教育护理干预,可有效提升 患者临床疗效,降低并发症风险,值得应用推广。

    Effect of health education nursing intervention on the operation of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of health education nursing intervention in the operation of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation. Methods From January 2015 to November 2016, a total of 74 patients with surgical treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine perioperative nursing, and patients in the observation group were given the health education nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect and operative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.30% , which was significantly higher than 83.78% in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.41% (2/37), which was significantly lower than 24.32% (9/37) in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion During the perioperative period of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation, individualized and targeted health education nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the risk of complications, which is worthy of application and promotion.
