腹腔镜逆行阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的围手术期护理

摘要：

目的 探讨腹腔镜逆行阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的围手术期护理方法。方法 选取我院2014 年8 月至2015 年8 月收治的 110 例行腹腔镜逆行阑尾切除患者作为临床研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组行常规护理方法护理，研究组采用 综合护理方法护理。比较两组患者护理总满意率、切口愈合情况、术后排气时间、住院时间和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组护 理总满意率、甲级切口愈合率均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者术后排气时间、住院时间、肠梗阻及切口感染发生率 均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组腹胀、肠粘连发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 综合护理应用于腹腔镜逆行 阑尾切除术患者具有良好的临床疗效，提高患者护理满意度，改善患者术后生活质量，值得临床推广。

Perioperative nursing of laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy in the treatment of appendicitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the perioperative nursing fo r appendicitis who treated by laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy. Methods A total of 110 cases of patients with appendicitis treated by laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing. The total rate of nursing satisfaction, the condition of wound healing, postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total rate of nursing satisfaction and class-A wound healing in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization time, the incidence of intestinal obstruction and incision infection in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of intestinal flatulence and adhesion between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing for laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy has a good clinical effect, which can improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
