同感心护理对高龄初产妇阴道分娩的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨同感心护理对高龄初产妇阴道分娩的影响。方法 选取2015 年6 月至2016 年6 月我院进行分娩的60 例高 龄初产妇为研究对象，随机按照住院日期分为常规组与观察组，每组30 例。常规组采用传统产程护理方法，观察组采用 同感心护理方法。比较两组SAS、SDS 量表评分和疼痛程度。结果 观察组产妇疼痛率显著低于常规组（P<0.05）；产前两组 产妇SAS、SDS 评分均在50 分以上，两组SAS、SDS 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）；产后两组的SAS、SDS 评 分均明显降低，且观察组SAS、SDS 评分低于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 高龄初产妇生产中采用的同感心护理可提高阴道 分娩率，促进自然分娩，减少产妇紧张、焦虑等情绪，降低疼痛感。

Influence of empathy care on the elder primiparas with vaginal delivery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the influence of empathy care on the elder primiparas with vaginal delivery. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 60 cases of elder primiparas with vaginal delivery in our hospital were selected and divided into conventional group and observation group according to the single and double date of hospitalization, with 30 cases in each group. The conventional group was given traditional nursing method and the observation group was given empathy care. The scores of SAS、SDS and level of pain were compared between the two groups. Results The pain rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups before delivery were higher than 50 scores, the difference between the two gwoups was not significant (P>0.05); and
after delivery, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were obviously lower than the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The empathy care used in vaginal delivery of elder primiparas can improve the rate of vaginal delivery and promote natural delivery, which can also reduce the tension, anxiety and pain of the puerpera.
