综合护理干预措施对手足口病患儿治疗依从性及家长疾病认知程度的影响分析

摘要：

目的 研究综合护理干预措施对手足口病患儿治疗依从性及家长认知的影响。方法 选择2014 年1 月至2015 年12 月 在我院进行诊治的手足口病患儿200 例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组100 例。观察组采用综合护理干预措施，对照组采 用常规护理干预措施，比较两组患儿治疗依从性及患儿家长对手足口病的认知程度。结果 观察组患儿的治疗依从性为 95.00%，明显高于对照组的81.00%（P<0.05）。观察组患儿家长在手足口病的主要传播途径、预防措施、患儿临床表现、主要 传染源、皮疹部位、易感人群中的知晓率均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对手足口病患儿采取综合护理干预措施可以有 效提高患儿的治疗依从性及家长对疾病的认知程度。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and parental disease cognition on children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and parental disease cognition on children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD). Methods A total of 200 children with HFMD diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group received routine nursing intervention. The treatment compliance and parental disease cognition were compared in the two groups. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 81.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The disease cognition rate of the parents in the main communicative pathways, preventive measures, clinical manifestations of the children, main infection source, rash position and susceptible population in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance rate and parental disease cognition on children with HFMD.
