3D 影像技术在老年呼吸系统疾病PBL教学中的应用

摘要：

本研究探讨3D 影像重建技术结合PBL 教学方法在老年呼吸系统疾病教学中的应用。采集层厚为1 mm 的正常胸 部CT 图像，对其进行三维重建，将重建的模型应用于本科生的老年呼吸系统疾病PBL 教学，可直观地再现胸部的三维结构 并从不同角度进行观察。该教学法可提高本科生的学习积极性，培养学生的循证医学和创新思维，提高临床知识的运用能力。

Application of 3D imaging technology in PBL teaching of senile respiratory diseases

ABSTRACT: To explore the application of 3D image reconstruction technique combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of respiratory diseases in the elderly. The normal thoracic CT images with thickness of 1 mm were collected and reconstructed with 3D image. The reconstructed model was applied in the elderly respiratory disease PBL teaching of undergraduate students, which can intuitively reproduce the 3D structure of the chest and be observed from different angles, and it can be observed from different angles. The teaching method can improve the learning enthusiasm of undergraduates, cultivate evidence-based medicine and innovative thinking of students, improve the application ability of clinical knowledge.
