多发性硬化患者血清及脑脊液中抗CNPase 抗体和基质金属蛋白酶-9水平的临床意义

摘要：

目的 通过观察多发性硬化（MS）患者血清和脑脊液（CSF）中抗2, 3-环核苷酸磷酸二酯酶（CNPase）抗体的阳性率，以 及基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平的动态变化规律，探讨其对疾病诊断的价值。方法 选取MS 患者69 例为观察组，同时期 健康者64 例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELASE）测定并比较两组患者血清及脑脊液中的抗CNPase 抗体阳性率和 MMP-9水平。结果 观察组患者血清及CSF 中抗CNPase 抗体阳性率均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组急性期患者血清和 CFS 中的MMP-9水平均明显高于对照组和缓解期（P<0.05），且缓解期与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 血清及脑脊液中抗CNPase 抗体检测可为MS 的诊断提供重要依据，MMP-9水平在MS患者的血清及脑脊液中的动态变化规 律可以反映疾病活动性。

Clinical significance of CNPase antibodies and MMP-9 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in patients with multiple sclerosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the diagnostic value for MS by observing the positive rate of CNPase antibody and the dynamic changes of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) levels in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in patients with multiple sclerosis. Methods The observation group consisted of 69 cases of patients with MS, and the control group consisted of 64 contemporaneous healthy persons. The positive rate of CNPase antibody and MMP-9 level in serum and CSF were detected by ELASE and compaled between two groups. Results The positive rate of CNPase antibodies in serum and CFS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The MMP-9 level of MS during acute phase in serum and CFS were obviously higher than those in the control group and MS during remission phase (P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference between the control group and MS during remission phase in the observation group (P>0.05). Conclusion The detection of CNPase antibody in the serum and CSF fluid can provide an important laboratory basis for the diagnosis of MS, and the dynamic changes of MMP-9 level in serum and CSF can reflect the activity of MS.
