曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的临床疗效评价

摘要：

目的 评价曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 将我院2015年6 月至2016年5月收治的66例冠心 病合并心力衰竭患者随机分成两组，各33 例。对照组采取常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予患者曲美他嗪治疗。对比 两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗前，两组患者的心率、舒张压、收缩压、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径及左室射 血分数比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的上述指标均改善，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者 的治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 曲美他嗪治疗 冠心病合并心力衰竭疗效显著且安全性高，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical effect evaluation of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods In our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016, 66 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group accepted trimetazidine treatment on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects of two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the heart rates, diastolic blood pressures, systolic blood pressures, end-diastolic diameter of left ventricle, end-systolic diameter of left ventricle and left ventricular ejection fraction between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the above indicators in the two groups improved, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure has remarkable effect and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
