不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀强化治疗对老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀强化治疗老年冠心病及心力衰竭的临床价值。方法 选择我院2014年2月至2016年6月收治的80例老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者为研究对象，根据治疗时使用的瑞舒伐他汀剂量，将所有患者分为A组和B组，各40例。A组患者给予10 mg瑞舒伐他汀，B组患者给予20 mg 瑞舒伐他汀，观察对比两组患者的临床疗效及安全 性。结果 经治疗，B 组治疗总有效率为95.00%，与A组77.50%相比明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患 者的LVEDD 及LVEF 水平均显著改善，且B 组患者的上述指标明显优于A 组（P<0.05）。A、B 两组用药后不良反应总发生率 分别为17.50%、22.50%，组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），且均未出现严重不良反应。结论 老年冠心病及心力衰竭患者使用20 mg 瑞舒伐他汀的治疗效果更好，可增强心功能改善作用，且不增加不良反应，值得临床推广。

Effects of different doses of rosuvastatin on cardiac function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

complicated with heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical value of different doses of rosuvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods From February 2014 to June 2016, 80 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure in our hospital were enrolled as the research objects, and were divided into group A and B group according to the treatment dose of rosuvastatin, with 40 cases in each group. The group A was given 10 mg rosuvastatin, while the group B was given 20 mg rosuvastatin. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the group B was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 77.50% of the group A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the LVEDD and LVEF levels significantly improved in both groups, and the above indexes in the group B were significantly better than those in the group A (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the group A and B were 17.50% and 22.50% respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), and no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion The dose of 20 mg rosuvastatin has better effect in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure, which can enhance the improvement of cardiac function, and does not increase adverse reactions, it is worthy of promoting.
