苯磺酸氨氯地平联合替米沙坦对高血压并冠心病患者血压及心肾功能的影响

摘要：

目的 分析苯磺酸氨氯地平联合替米沙坦对高血压并冠心病患者血压及心肾功能的影响。方法 选取2013年1月至2015年1月来本科室就诊的80例高血压并冠心病患者，按治疗先后顺序分成对照组和观察组，各40例，分别采用替米沙坦和苯 磺酸氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%，明显高于对照组的 82.50%（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组脑尿钠肽、尿微量白蛋白水平明显低于治疗前和对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后血压水平均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 高血压并冠心病患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗，治疗总有效率 高，BNP和尿微量白蛋白恢复效果理想。

Effect of amlodipine besylate combined with telmisartan on blood pressure, renal and heart function in patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of amlodipine besylate combined with telmisartan on blood pressure, renal and heart function in patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease admitted in our department from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected, and divided into observation group and control group according to the sequence of treatment, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received telmisartan, and the observation group was treated with amlodipine combined with telmisartan besylate. The treatment effects between the two groups were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97.50% vs. 82.50%, P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of brain natriuretic peptide and urinary albumin in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those of the control group (P<0.05). The blood pressure of both groups significantly decreased, and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease, the total effective rate of amlodipine combined with telmisartan besylate is high, the recovery effects of BNP and urinary micro albumin are ideal.
