糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进的临床治疗对策研究

摘要：

目的 探讨糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进的临床治疗对策。方法 选取2012年1月至2016年12月我院接受治疗的300例糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组150 例。对照组行常规降血糖、抗甲状腺 功能亢进药物治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上再进行综合治疗，比较两组治疗前、后血糖水平和甲状腺激素水平以及治疗效 果。结果 治疗后，两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖、睡前血糖、TT3、FT4 水平均降低，TSH 水平升高，且研究组餐后2 h 血 糖低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者的治疗总有效率为92.00%，显著高于对照组的74.00%（P<0.05）。结论 在他巴唑、丙基硫 氧嘧啶、孚来迪瑞格列奈片、胰岛素等药物治疗基础上联合综合治疗在糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症的治疗中具有显著的 临床效果，值得推广应用。

Clinical treatment strategies study in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical treatment strategies of diabetic patients complicated with hyperthyroidism. Methods From January 2012 to December 2016, 300 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism treated in our hospital from were selected and divided into study group and control group, with 150 cases in each group. The control group received conventional hypoglycemic control and hyperthyroidism drug treatment, the study group accepted comprehensive treatment on the basis of the control group. The blood glucose and thyroid hormone levels before and after treatment, therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, bedtime blood glucose, TT3, FT4 decreased and the levels of TSH increased in both groups, and the level of 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the study group was 92.00%, which was significantly higher than 74.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Methimazole, propylthiouracil, fureidiglinide tablet, insulin and oth er drugs combine with comprehensive treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of diabetic patients complicated with hyperthyroidism.
