胃大部切除术与单纯修补术治疗急性胃穿孔的临床效果

摘要：

目的 对比胃大部切除术与单纯修补术治疗急性胃穿孔的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的96 例急性胃穿孔患者随机分 为观察组和对照组，每组48 例。对照组患者给予胃大部切除术治疗，观察组患者给予单纯修补术治疗。比较两组患者的临床 效果。结果 观察组手术时间、术后下床时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术 后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组复发率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在急性胃穿孔的治疗中给予单纯修补术的手术创伤小，并发症少，患者康复快，胃大部分切除术的远期复发风险低，两者各有优劣，临床应根据患者选择合 适的手术方法。

Clinical effects of subtotal gastrectomy and simple repair on acute gastric perforation

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the clinical effects of subtotal gastrectomy and simple repair in the treatment of acute gastric perforation. Methods A total of 96 cases of patients with acute gastric perforation were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given subtotal gastrectomy, and the observation group was given simple repair. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, postoperative off bed time, hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of acute gastric perforation, simple repair has the advantages of small incision, less complications and faster recovery, but the recurrence risk of subtotal gastrectomy is low. Both treatment methods have advantages and disadvantages, appropriate selection of surgical methods should be performed according to the specific circumstances of the patients.
