髓内钉动力化治疗股骨和胫骨骨折延迟愈合和不愈合的效果

摘要：

目的 评价髓内钉动力化治疗股骨和胫骨骨折延迟愈合或不愈合的疗效。方法 2012年1月至2016年1月对我院收治 的30例股骨和胫骨骨折延迟愈合和不愈合患者采用髓内钉动力化治疗，股骨干骨折18例，胫骨干骨折12例，观察患者的 临床治疗效果。结果 所有患者均未发生切口感染，其中8例患者（26.67%）需植骨、更换髓内钉的再次手术，其他22例患者（73.33%）在治疗后均获得愈合。结论 交锁髓内钉动力化是治疗股骨和胫骨延迟愈合和不愈合一项经济、有效的方法，但是 应该综合考虑骨折的类型、随访的情况，才能获得更好的疗效。

Effect of dynamization of interlocking intramedullary nail in delayed union and nonunion of femur and tibia fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the efficacy of dynamization of interlocking intramedullary nail in delayed union and nonunion of femur and tibia fractures. Methods Thirty patients with delayed union and nonunion of femur and tibia fracture underwent interlocking intramedullary nail in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were treated with dynamization. There were 18 cases of femur fracture and 12 cases of tibia fracture. The treatment effects of the patients were observed. Results All the patients had no infection, including 8 patients (26.67%) required reoperation for bone grafting and replacement of intramedullary nails, the other 22 patients (73.33% ) healed after treatment. Conclusion Dynamization of interlocking intramedullary nail is a economic and effective choice in delayed union and nonunion of femur and tibia fractures, but we should comprehensive consider the type of fracture and follow-up, so as to obtain a better effect.
