微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定在治疗四肢骨折中的临床价值

摘要：

目的 探讨微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效及推广价值。方法 选择2013年8月至2015年9月我院收治的四肢骨折患者80例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各40 例。观察组行微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定，对照组行传统切开复位内固定手术。比较两组患者的手术指标、骨愈合时间、并发症情况及临床疗效。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为 100.0%，高于对照组的87.5%（P<0.05）；观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、骨愈合时间、并发症总发生率均明显优于对照 组（P<0.05）。结论 微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的效果显著，术后并发症少，值得临床推广。

Clinical value of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect and value of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods Eighty patients with limb fractures admitted in our hospital from August 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation, and the control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation. Surgical indexes, healing time of bone, complications and clinical efficacy in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 100.0%, which was higher than 87.5% in the control group (P<0.05). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, healing time of bone and total incidence rate of complication in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation on limb fractures has significant effect, with less postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
