双切口双钢板固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果观察

摘要：
目的 分析双切口双钢板固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析44例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者的临 床资料，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组22例。对照组患者采用单切口切开复位钢板内固定法进行治疗，观察组患者采用双切口双钢板固定进行治疗。比较两组患者的膝关节功能恢复情况。结果 观察组患者恢复优良率为90.91%，明显高于对 照组的68.18%（P<0.05）。结论 针对复杂胫骨平台骨折患者应用双切口双钢板固定治疗，临床效果明显，可显著促进患者膝 关节功能恢复，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical effect observation of double incision double plate fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyse the clinical effect of double incision double plate fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture. Methods The clinical data of 44 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures was retrospectively analyzed and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 22 cases in each group. The control group adopted single incision open reduction and plate internal fixation method, and the observation group adopted double incision double plate fixation method. The recovery of knee function were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery excellent rate in the observation group was 90.91%, which was significantly higher than 68.18% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The double incision double plate fixation for the complex tibial plateau fracture has obvious clinical effect, it can significantly improve the recovery of knee function, which has high clinical value.
