支架外固定与钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析支架外固定与钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折效果。方法 本研究对象为2013年6月至2016年6月我院收治的 80例桡骨远端骨折患者，将80例患者随机按1∶1 分为研究组（钢板内固定治疗）与对照组（支架外固定治疗），各40例。术后 随访6个月，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 两组患者的骨折均完全愈合。研究组患者的骨折愈合时间、桡骨掌倾角、桡骨 尺偏角、桡骨高度均优于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者并发症总发生率为2.5%（1/40），低于对照组的17.5%（7/40）（P<0.05）。研究组患者的Mayo腕关节功能评分优良率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在桡骨远端骨折患者的临床治疗过程中，采用钢板内固 定治疗，能获得较支架外固定治疗更为理想的效果，值得推广应用。

Clinical effects of external fixator immobilization and plates internal fixation on distal radius fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effects of external fixator immobilization and plates internal fixation on distal radius fracture. Methods A total of 80 patients with distal radius fractures in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were enrolled, and randomly divided into study group (plate fixation treatment) and control group (external fixator immobilization) in proportion of 1∶1, with 40 cases in each group. Followed up for 6 months, the clinical effects in the groups were compared. Results The fractures were completely healed in both groups. The fracture healing time, radial inclination, radius deviation and radius height of the study group were all better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The overall complication incidence rate was 2.5% (1/40) in the study group, which was lower than 17.5% (7/40) of the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of Mayo wrist function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with distal radius fractures, the plates internal fixation can obtain better treatment effect than the external fixator immobilization, which is worthy of promoting and application.
