青光眼应用小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C治疗的效果评估

摘要：

目的 分析青光眼应用小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C 治疗的临床效果。方法 选择2015年6月至2016年6月我院收治的100例青光眼患者为研究对象，依照就诊顺序分为观察组与对照组，每组50 例。观察组患者实施小梁切除术联合丝裂霉 素C 治疗，对照组患者仅实施小梁切除术治疗，比较两组患者术后7 d 及1、3、6个月的治疗总有效率和眼压水平。结果 两组 患者术后7 d 治疗总有效率无显著差异（P>0.05）。和对照组相比，观察组患者术后1、3、6 个月的总有效率明显更高（P<0.05）。两组患者术后7 d 眼压无显著差异（P>0.05），和对照组相比，观察组患者术后1、3、6 个月眼压明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 对于青光眼患者，在实施小梁切除术的基础之上联合丝裂霉素C 加以治疗，临床效果显著，安全性高，可显著改善患者眼 压，值得进一步推广使用。

Efficacy evaluation of trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C on glaucoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the application effect of trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C in the treatment of glaucoma. Methods One hundred cases of glaucoma patients admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects, and divided into observation group and control group according to the admission order, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C therapy, while the control group only received trabeculectomy treatment, the total effective rate and intraocular pressure of the two groups at 7 d and 1, 3, 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate and intraocular pressure between the two groups after 7 days of operation (P>0.05). Compared with
the control group, the total effective rate in the observation group at 1, 3, and 6 months after operation were significantly higher (P<0.05); the intraocular pressure in the observation group were significantly lower at 1, 3 and 6 months after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with glaucoma, trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C has significant clinical effect and high safety, it can significantly improve intraocular pressure, which is worthy of further promotion.
