双眼视功能训练在巩固弱视治疗中的作用

摘要：

目的 探讨双眼视功能训练在巩固弱视治疗中的作用。方法 将我院2015年3月至2016年9月收治的66例在巩固阶段治疗的弱视患儿作为研究对象，随机将患儿分为试验组与对照组，各33 例。对照组患儿采取常规巩固弱视治疗，试验组采取双眼视功能训练治疗。比较两组患儿的临床效果及视力回退情况。结果 试验组的总有效率为87.88%，对照组的总有效率 为39.39%，试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。试验组治疗后立体视锐度正常率为87.88%，对照组立体视锐度正常率为36.36%，试验组立体视锐度正常率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 双眼视功能训练在巩固弱视治疗中具有重要作 用，有效地提高了患儿治疗有效率及立体视锐度正常率，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of binocular vision training in the consolidation treatment of amblyopia

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of binocular vision training in the treatment of amblyopia. Methods Sixty-six cases of patients with amblyopia admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment of amblyopia, and the experimental group was given binocular vision training. The treatment effects and visual acuity of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.88%, and that of the control group was 39.39%, the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The stereoacuity normal rate of the experimental group was 87.88%, and that
of the control group was 36.36%, the stereoacuity normal rate of the experimental group was ignificantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Binocular vision training plays an important role in the treatment of amblyopia, which can effectively improve the clinical effective rate and the normal rate of stereopsis, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
