中药穴位贴敷对胸痹心痛病（心血瘀阻）症状缓解的效果探析

摘要：

目的 探讨内服中药加用中药穴位贴敷治疗胸闷胸痛的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2015年12月至2016年12月收治的84例胸闷胸痛患者，按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组，每组42 例。两组患者均采用中医活血化瘀、调脂、抗血小板聚集等作 为基础治疗，对照组在此基础上采用内服血府逐瘀汤进行治疗，观察组患者在此基础上采用内服血府逐瘀汤加用中药穴位 贴敷进行治疗，观察两组患者胸痹心痛病症状缓解情况、发作次数、疼痛持续时间及疼痛评分。结果 观察组患者的胸痛减轻率 为90.76%，高于对照组的71.43%（P<0.05）；观察组患者的疼痛持续时间短于对照组，疼痛评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组 患者胸痹心痛病发作次数减少率为95.24%（40/42），高于对照组的80.95%（34/42）（P<0.05）。结论 中药内服加中药穴位贴敷 护理对胸痹心痛病（心血淤阻）操作安全，方法简便，效果明显，适合于临床应用，值得在临床上推广。

Effect of acupoint application of Chinese herb in the treatment of chest blocking and heartache (heart-blood stagnation) syndrome

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal medicine combined with acupoint application of Chinese herb in the treatment of chest blocking and heartache. Methods From December 2015 to December 2016, 84 patients with chest blocking and heartache admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random principle, with 42 cases in each group. Traditional Chinese medicine blood circulation, lipid-lowering, anti-platelet aggregation were use as the basic treatment in both group, then the control group used Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, the observation group received Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with acupoint application of Chinese herb. The chest blocking and heartache symptoms relieves, times of seizures, duration of pain, and pain scores were compared in the two groups. Results The reduction rate of chest pain in the observation group was 90.76%, which was higher than 71.43% in the control group (P<0.05); the duration of pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group and the pain score was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The reduction rate of times of seizures in the observation group was 95.24% (40/42), which was higher than 80.95% (34/42) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Internal medicine combined with acupoint application of Chinese herb in the treatment of chest blocking and heartache (heart-blood stagnation) syndrome has safe operation, simple method, obvious effect, which is suitable for clinical application, it is worth to be popularized in clinic.
