耳穴贴压法对脾胃不和型厌食症患儿营养状态的改善效果

摘要：

目的 观察耳穴贴压法对脾胃不和型厌食症患儿营养状态的改善情况。方法 将2015年11月至2016年11月我院儿科收治的脾胃不和型厌食症患儿100例按随机数字表法分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例）。对照组患儿给予消食健儿糖浆 治疗，观察组患儿给予耳穴贴压治疗，治疗8 周。观察两组患儿治疗前、后的体重、食量、证候积分及治疗总有效率。结果 治 疗后两组患儿体重、食量明显高于治疗前，证候积分明显低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组以上指标优于对 照组（P<0.05）；观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 耳穴贴压法可明显改善脾胃不 和型厌食症患儿营养状态，值得推广。

Effect of auricular acupressure on nutritional status of children with anorexia of the spleen-stomach disorder type

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the improvement of nutritional status of auricular pressure method in children with anorexia of the spleen-stomach disorder type. Methods From November 2015 to November 2016, 100 cases of children with anorexia of the spleen -stomach disorder type admitted in pediatrics department of our hospital were divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group received digestion promoting syrup, and the observation group received auricular pressure method, the two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The body weight, food intake, syndrome scores before and after treatment and the total effective rates between the two groups were observed. Results Compared with those before treatment, the body weight, food intake increased significantly after treatment in the two groups, and syndrome scores significantly decreased, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); above indexes in the observation group were significantly superior to the control group (P< 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The auricular pressure method can obviously improve the nutrition status of children with anorexia of the spleen-stomach disorder type. It is worth widely application and promotion.
