针灸推拿与牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨针灸推拿与牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 选取我院2013年1月至2016年7月收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，根据入院顺序分为A 组（n=67）和B 组（n=53）。两组患者均采用牵引治疗，A组患者在牵引治疗基础上给予针灸推拿。比较两组患者的临床效果及治疗前、后两组患者的FIM 评分。结果 A 组患者的治疗总有效率为98.51%，明显高于B组的84.91%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的各FIM 评分均高于治疗前，且A组明显高于B组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针灸推拿联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果显著，可促进功能恢复，值得 临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of acupuncture massage and traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture massage and traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2016 were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into group A (n=67) and group B (n=53) according to admission sequences. All the patients were treated with traction, the group A was given acupuncture massage on the basis of the traction. The clinical effects and FIM scores before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the group A was 98.51%, which was higher than 84.91% of the group B, the difference was significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the FIM scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the group A were higher than the group B, the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture massage combined with traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has remarkable clinical effect, which can significantly promote the functional recovery, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
