独活寄生汤对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果及其作用机制研究

摘要：
目的 分析独活寄生汤对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果及其作用机制。方法 选取2014年7月至2016年1月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者70例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组患者采用腰椎牵引、腰背肌功能锻炼及 推拿治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用独活寄生汤，对比两组临床疗效。结果 对照组治疗总有效率为74.29%，低于观察组的 94.29%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组炎症因子水平均降低（P<0.05），对照组患者IL-6、TNF-α 及Fas/Apo-1 水平均高于观察组 （P<0.05）。结论 采用独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症具有显著的临床疗效，对降低炎症因子水平具有重要的作用。

The curative effect and mechanism of Duhuo Jisheng decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion of
liver-kidney deficiency type

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the curative effect and mechanism of Duhuo Jisheng decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion of liver -kidney deficiency type. Methods Seventy cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated in our hospital from July 2014 to January 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into control group and observation gro up, with 35 cases in each group. The control group took lumbar traction, back muscles training and massage, while the observation group took Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 74.29%, which was lower than 94.29% of the observation group (P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of inflammatory cytokines in both of the groups significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-6, TNF-α and Fas/Apo-1 in the control group were higher than those in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction applied for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion of liver-kidney deficiency type has significant clinical efficacy, and it can decrease inflammatory cytokines levels.
