丹参川芎嗪注射液辅治缺血性脑卒中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液辅助治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2013年3月至2017年1月收治的100例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象，将患者随机分为试验组与对照组，每组50 例。对照组患者给予常规治疗，试验组患者在常规治疗基础上给予复方丹参川芎嗪行辅助治疗。治疗后，比较两组患者的血液流变学各指标水平、神经功能及临床效果。 结果 治疗后，试验组的红细胞压积与血浆黏度明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的神经功 能缺损评分明显低于治疗前，且试验组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组治疗总有效率为88.0%，明显高于对照组的72.0%， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 缺血性脑卒中患者给予丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗临床效果确切，可有效改善患者的血液 流变学各指标水平及神经功能，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in the adjuvant treatment of ischemic stroke

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in the adjuvant treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods One hundred patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to January 2017 were selected as the study objects. All the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the experimental group was treated with Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection based on the routine treatment. After treatment, the levels of hematology indexes, neurological function and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the hematocrit and plasma viscosity of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the neurological function impairment scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the neurological function impairment score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental was 88.0%, which was higher than 72.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in the adjuvant treatment of ischemic stroke is remarkable. It can significantly improve the patients`` hematology indexes and neurological function, which is worthy of clinical applications and promotion.
