整体护理对尿毒症血液透析患者心理状况的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨整体护理对尿毒症血液透析患者心理状况的影响。方法 选取我院2014年6月至2016年6月收治的尿毒症血液透析患者80例，随机分为干预组和对照组，各40 例。对照组患者采用常规护理，干预组给予整体护理，即在常规护理基 础上加强心理护理、健康宣教及社会支持。采取抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）观察比较两组患者干预前、后的心 理状态，记录治疗过程中两组患者的依从性。结果 干预前，两组SDS、SAS 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，干 预组评分明显低于治疗前和对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗过程中，干预组依从率明显高于对照组，差异有统计 学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于尿毒症血液透析患者，整体护理可明显改善患者的焦虑和抑郁心理，并有助于提高患者的依从 性，从而提高患者的治疗效果及生存质量。

Effect of holistic nursing on psychological condition in patients with uremia hemodialysis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing on psychological condition in patients with uremia hemodialysis. Methods Eighty patients with uremia hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and intervention group (40 cases). The control group was treated with routine nursing. The intervention group was given holistic nursing, that was, on the basis of the routine nursing to strengthen psychological care, health education and social support. Self -rating depression scale (SDS) and self -rating anxiety scale (SAS) were used to observe and compare the psychological status of the two groups before and after intervention, and the compliance of the two groups was recorded during the treatment. Results There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS in the intervention group were lower than those before intervention and the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the course of the treatment, the compliance rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For uremia hemodialysis patients, the holistic nursing can significantly improve patients`` psychological anxiety and depression, and improve patients`` compliance, which is conducive to improvement of treatment effect and quality of life.
