优质护理对黄斑水肿激光光凝治疗患者的干预效果

摘要：

目的 探讨黄斑水肿激光光凝治疗患者应用优质护理的临床效果。方法 将2015年1月至2016年6月于我院接受激光光凝治疗的黄斑水肿患者96例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组48 例。观察组患者实施优质护理，对照组患者实施常规护 理，比较两组的临床效果、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 术后，两组患者的BCVA 及中心凹厚度均优于术前，且观察 组BCVA 高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组并发症总发生率为14.58%，明显低于对照组的35.42%（P<0.05）。观察组基础护理质 量、围术期护理质量评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对实施激光光凝术治疗的黄斑水肿患者给予优质护理，可改善患者 术后视力，减少并发症，提高患者护理满意度。

Intervention effect of high quality nursing in patients with macular edema treated with laser photocoagulation

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing in patients with macular edema treated with laser photocoagulation. Methods Ninety-six macular edema patients who treated with laser photocoagulation from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The observation group was given high quality nursing, and the control group was given routine nursing. The clinical effect, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After operation, the BCVA and foveal thickness of the two groups were better than those before operation, and the BCVA of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 14.58%, which was significantly lower than 35.42% in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of basic nursing and quality of perioperative nursing scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing in patients with macular edema treated with laser photocoagulation can improve the postoperative visual acuity, reduce the complication, and improve the patients`` nursing satisfaction.
