《护理质量管理与持续改进记录本》对提升护理质量的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨《护理质量管理与持续改进记录本》对提升护理质量的影响。方法 选择2014年1月至2016年1月在我院工作的30名护理人员为对象，比较使用《护理质量管理与持续改进记录本》前、后的护理质量指标评分。结果 使用《护理质 量管理与持续改进记录本》后，各项护理质量指标评分明显高于实施前（P<0.05），护理质量呈螺旋式提升。结论 《护理质量 管理与持续改进记录本》的建立实现了护理工作的程序化、标准化管理，确保护理质控与安全成为常态，对护理工作的整改、监管有指导作用，增强了我院护理工作者尤其是护士长、质控员主动参与意识和质量监控意识，医院各项护理质量达标情 况、患者满意度与实施前相比有了显著提升。

Influence of Records of the Nursing Quality Management and Continuous Improvement on promoting the nursing quality

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the influence of Records of the Nursing Quality Management and Continuous Improvement on promoting the nursing quality. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016, 30 nurses working in our hospital were selected as objects, the nursing quality indexes scores were compared before and after using Records. Results After using Records, the nursing quality indicators scores were significantly higher than those before implementation (P<0.05), the nursing quality spiraled to ascend. Conclusion The establishment of Records has realized the procedure and standardization of nursing management, ensures the quality control and safety of nursing become normal. The Records has directive effect on the rectification and supervision of nursing work, and enhances the awareness of actively participate in and quality control awareness in our nursing staff, especially the head nurses and quality control staff. The nursing quality standards and patient satisfaction have been significantly improved than those before the implementation.
