亲体肾移植护理中快速康复的价值探析

摘要：

目的 探讨亲体肾移植护理中应用快速康复护理的临床价值。方法 从我院2014 年1 月至2016 年1 月诊治的亲体肾移植 手术患者中抽取121 例作为研究对象，并按随机抽签方式分组，研究组（61 例）实施快速康复护理，对照组（60 例）实施常规 护理，对比两组患者的并发症发生率、术后住院时间及护理满意度。结果 研究组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组 （P<0.05）。术后住院时间短于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 亲体肾移植护理中快速康复的应用价值显著，可减少患者围术期并发症，促使其早期康复，并提升其住院期间护理满意度，可借鉴。

Discussion on the value of rapid rehabilitation in nursing of patients with living-related kidney transplantation

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical value of rapid rehabilitation in nursing of patients with living -related kidney transplantation. Methods One hundred and twenty-one patients with renal transplantation were enrolled in the study from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital. The patients were divided into study group with rapid rehabilitation (61 cases) and control group with routine care (60 cases). The complication incidence rate, postoperative hospital stay and nursing satisfaction degree were compared in both groups. Results The total incidence rate of complication in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation in nursing of patients with living-related kidney is of great value. It can reduce the perioperative complications, promote its early rehabilitation and improve the nursing satisfaction degree during hospitalization and it is worth learning.
