全程护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者护理中的应用

摘要：

目的 分析全程护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的护理效果。方法 选取我院2015 年3 月至2017 年1 月收治的84 例行 妇科腹腔镜手术的患者，采用双盲法将其分为常规组与研究组，各42 例。常规组患者采取常规性护理措施，研究组则在常规 护理基础上再进行全程护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 护理后，两组患者的SAS、SDS 评分均低于护理前，且研究组患 者的SAS 评分为（29.78±3.76）分，SDS 评分为（31.44±2.98）分，均低于常规组患者的（47.92±8.26）、（47.23±4.72）分，差异具有 统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者并发症总发生率为2.38%，略低于常规组的14.29%，差异不显著（P>0.05）。研究组患者的 住院时间为（6.87±1.85）d，短于常规组的（12.06±3.33）d，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 将全程护理模式应用于妇科腹 腔镜手术患者的护理中效果良好，不仅改善了患者的负面心理及情绪，具有较高的安全性，而且还缩短了患者的住院时间，值得临床推广。

Application of whole course nursing in the nursing of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of whole course nursing in the nursing of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 84 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2017 were selected, all the patients were divided into conventional group and study group according to the double-blind method, with 42 cases in each group. The conventional group was given conventional nursing, while the study group was given whole course nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The nursing effects of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores in the two group were lower than those before nursing, the SAS and SDS score of the study group were (29.78±3.76) and (31.44±2.98), which were respectively lower than (47.92±8.26) and (47.23±4.72) in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of complications in the study group was 2.38%, which was slightly lower than 14.29% in the conventional group, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The hospitalization time of the study group was (6.87±1.85) d, which was shorter than (12.06±3.33) d of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The whole course nursing in the nursing of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery has good effect, it can not only improve the patients`` negative psychological and emotional with high safety, but also shorten the hospitalization time of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
